Droë Wors is deliciously dried biltong sausage. Made from premium Australian Angus beef that is trimmed, marinated, seasoned and then formed into sausages and air-dried. 

Droë Wors has a distinct snap to it when bent and releases juicy pockets of flavour when bitten into due to the marbled beef inside.
