2023 Rosé
The 2023 rosé is made from 100% tempranillo fruit from the Carbunup region of Margaret River. Aromas of red cherries and rhubarb complimented by strawberries, aniseed and red currants.

2024 Pinot Noir
The 2024 Pemberton pinot noir spends a longer time on skins which creates a more structured wine to release vibrant notes of raspberry, strawberry, cherry with accents of thyme and liquorice.

Wagyu Biltong
Tender and marbled Wagyu biltong produced from premium Australian beef that is cured with a traditional blend of spices before being slowly air-dried. The addition of chilli provides a warmth to the palate without overpowering the natural flavours.
